What happens if the weather is not good on the day of the tour?

Our tours take place in all weather conditions - the Germans claim that there is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong outfit.

Is there an option to change a tour or date after registration?

If you would like to change your tour after registering, please contact us and if this is possible, we will be happy to do so.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation up to 7 days before the tour date - full refund. Less than that, no refund will be given. If a tour is canceled by us (a sick guide), we will try to notify you as early as possible and at least 12 hours before the tour date, and then a refund will be given.
